The Quality Engineer will develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and control plans throughout the product lifecycle, including NPI programs. They will also perform root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess 1-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the hardware industry. Proficiency in quality methodologies such as CAPA, 8D, and FMEA is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
