The operator is responsible for transporting raw materials to the bale breaker and managing the grinding process. Key duties include operating forklifts, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. Forklift certification is preferred.
Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
