Operate blow-mold, PET, and injection molding machinery while performing minor maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure production continuity. Responsible for quality inspections, documenting production reports, and adhering to safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Requires basic mathematical and computer skills along with experience in blow molding. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and completion of specific company training is required within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Demonstrates safe work practices by wearing correct PPE and following safety policies
• Demonstrates a One Team Cross Functional attitude by working well and effectively with others
• Adheres to company General Manufacturing Policies
Reasonable mandatory overtime may be required due to business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prefer High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Completion of Altium Production/Machine Operator training within 90 days of hire date.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.
