Direct and monitor production personnel and resources to manufacture packaging solutions while ensuring safety and quality standards. Manage the full employee performance cycle, including training, development, and coaching of team members.
Requires a high school diploma and 3 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role. Knowledge of machinery and production systems is required, with an associate degree and molding experience preferred.

• 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
• High level knowledge of machinery and production systems.
Preferred Skills/Attributes
• AS degree is preferred.
• Blow or Injection Mold experience is a plus.
• Understanding of a union environment is preferred.
• A drive to strive for continuous improvement.
