Purpose

As a Value Proposition Senior Specialist, you are responsible for shaping and delivering the annual commercial roadmap for one or more Small Business subsegments. You design end-to-end value propositions that bring together product composition, service model and loyalty benefits, ensuring each subsegment has a clear, differentiated positioning in the market. You act as the voice of the customer and of the sales channels within the organization, translating their needs into commercial initiatives that drive growth and deepen customer relationships

What you will be doing

• Own the annual commercial roadmap for one or more SB subsegments (e.g. Gold Business, Business Priority, mass SB, sector-based clusters), defining priorities, initiatives and milestones in alignment with the Bank's strategy
• Design and continuously enhance integrated value propositions per subsegment, covering product composition (lending, deposits, transactional, bancassurance, digital), service model (coverage, channels, servicing standards) and loyalty benefits
• Define the positioning of each subsegment and value proposition in the market, articulating the target customer, the core promise, the reasons to believe and the differentiation versus competition
• Act as the voice of the customer, building deep understanding of Small Business needs, behaviors and pain points through data, research, customer feedback and direct exposure to the field
• Act as the voice of the sales channels, working closely with the Branch Network and other distribution channels to capture frontline insights, validate propositions and ensure they are commercially viable and easy to sell
• Collaborate with product owners, marketing, risk, operations and digital teams to translate value propositions into concrete product features, pricing, processes and customer journeys
• Monitor market trends, sector developments, competitive moves and regulatory changes, turning insights into opportunities to refresh or reposition existing offerings
• Analyze Small Business portfolio data to size opportunities, prioritize subsegments and measure the commercial impact of value proposition initiatives
• Develop a full-scale campaigning strategy per subsegment, defining the narrative, offers, channels and triggers needed to bring each value proposition to market
• Contribute to the annual budget for the SB portfolio and to the goal-setting process for the Branch Network, ensuring commercial targets are consistent with the roadmap
• Prepare regular performance reports on value propositions and growth initiatives, tracking key commercial, customer and financial KPIs
• Participate in the design of the training program and enablement framework for Business Roles in the Branch Network, ensuring channels are equipped to deliver each value proposition wiyh consistency

What you need to have

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related field
• A master's degree in a related field would be considered
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in product management, segment or proposition marketing, or strategy/management consulting, ideally with exposure to financial services or Small Business / SME customers. Pure sales backgrounds are not the focus of this role
• Proven track record in designing and launching value propositions, commercial roadmaps or segment strategies, end-to-end from insight to market
• Strong understanding of Small Business / SME needs, operations and the solutions typically offered by a bank, or demonstrated ability to quickly build such understanding
• Strong customer and commercial mindset, with the ability to think from the perspective of both the end customer and the sales channels that serve them
• Solid grasp of positioning and segmentation principles, able to articulate why a proposition wins for a specific customer group
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with portfolio and market data and translating findings into clear commercial choices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to align product, marketing, risk, operations and network teams around a shared roadmap
• Excellent use of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
