Oversee the regulatory compliance and risk obligations of the UK entity, specifically managing the FCA authorisation process and appointed representatives. Act as the senior compliance voice, holding SMF16 and SMF17 functions while designing the firm's risk management framework.
Requires deep knowledge of the FCA Handbook, SM&CR, and the AR regime, with a track record of taking firms through FCA authorisation. Prior experience in fund management or financial services and a history of holding SMF16/17 roles is highly desired.

This role is required to oversee the regulatory compliance and risk obligations of the UK entity, with a particular focus on building out and overseeing our appointed representatives.
As Head of Compliance & Risk, you will own the firm's regulatory framework end-to-end and act as the senior compliance voice in the business. This is a hands on role for someone who wants to shape the function, not inherit a finished one.
