You will act as a Scrum Master for multiple Feature Teams within an international program to improve customer experience. Your role involves facilitating Agile practices, managing dependencies, and supporting Product Owners to ensure team autonomy and high-quality service delivery.

En tant que Scrum Master, vous rejoindrez une Product Team évoluant auprès d’un client international dans le cadre d’un programme dédié à l’amélioration de l’expérience client. Vous contribuerez à l’évolution d’une plateforme stratégique basée sur Salesforce Service Cloud et utilisée quotidiennement par plusieurs centres de contact.
Organisée en 3 Feature Teams selon le cadre SAFe, l’équipe évolue dans un environnement multiculturel et distribué marqué par de forts enjeux de collaboration, de qualité de service et d’amélioration continue.
Environnement technique :
Méthodologies Agile : Scrum, SAFe, Agile à l'échelle, facilitation et coaching Agile;
Gestion de produit et collaboration : Product Backlog, User Stories, Roadmap, Jira et Confluence;
Environnement applicatif : Salesforce Service Cloud;
Organisation : Product Teams, Feature Teams, et équipes distribuées et multiculturelles;
Contexte Agile SAFe mature;
Mode de travail hybride : 3 jours en télétravail et 2 jours sur site à Valbonne.
