You will be responsible for responding to platform and carrier issues in real time while ensuring the stability of a world-class DDoS attack mitigation platform. Additionally, you will analyze customer traffic and systems to tailor security solutions and provide ongoing support for network and connectivity issues.
Candidates must have experience with internet technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and TLS, along with a strong background in customer-facing roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work night shifts.

We utilise tools, processes, and knowledge to diagnose and resolve product, platform, and customer issues. Our team delivers managed services for Akamai's security products, protecting our customers' online presence.
As part of our Security Operations team, you will be responsible for responding to platform and carrier issues in real time. Ensuring the stability of a world-class DDoS attack mitigation platform, providing analysis and network troubleshooting for customers. You will be supporting some of the world's leading brands and dealing with the highest internet traffic.
