The Program Coordinator will support strategic technology programs by managing governance activities, reporting, and financial administration. They will also facilitate stakeholder engagement and assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and risk management.

Working alongside Program Managers, Project Managers and delivery teams, you will play a central role in ensuring our programs are well governed, effectively coordinated and supported by accurate reporting, planning, financial administration and stakeholder engagement activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with PMO, project coordination, program support or governance experience who enjoys working across complex technology and transformation initiatives while engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.

You are a highly organised and proactive program professional with experience supporting complex technology, ICT, infrastructure or transformation initiatives. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring strong governance and coordination skills, and can confidently work with stakeholders across multiple teams to keep programs on track. You are comfortable managing competing priorities, preparing clear reporting and governance artefacts, and contributing to continuous improvement across delivery practices.
