Perform high-level inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of complex avionics and systems on corporate jets and turboprops. Supervise and certify the work of other engineers while ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.
Requires a valid Transport Canada E license with over 5 years of experience on corporate aircraft and proficiency in at least two specific avionics platforms. Must possess a valid driver's license, passport, and the ability to obtain a RAIC pass.
AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER, AVIONICS
LOCATION: Calgary, Alberta, Canada
AircraftWorks Ltd. is a Calgary (CYYC) based AMO, and part of the Take Flight Group of Companies which includes Air Partners Corp., and Hangar59. We maintain a fleet of corporate jets and turboprops that require a high level of technical skill. Many of our aircraft are highly automated so this role will be a senior position, which will require experience sharing, and providing guidance to other AME's diagnosing avionics, and systems defects involving complex circuitry. Type specific training will be provided within your first year of employment and ongoing as required.
This position will be a Monday through Friday day shift with occasional overtime and/or schedule changes to support AOG events.
