The Senior Fiber Technician is responsible for installing, terminating, and testing structured copper and fiber cabling systems across customer sites. They will also conduct site surveys, design cable pathways, and manage project execution to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in structured cabling and OSP fiber splicing, along with the ability to read technical drawings. A clean valid driver's license and the ability to pass an RCMP background check are mandatory requirements.

Our GDI Ainsworth Calgary office is looking to add a Senior Fiber Technician to the growing team. The role involves installing and maintaining structured cabling and network infrastructure to support reliable connectivity across customer sites. Responsibilities extend to conducting site surveys, designing cable pathways, and ensuring all project activities are planned and executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
