The BAS Service Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting of building automation and DDC systems in occupied buildings. They must also coordinate with clients, perform equipment startups, and ensure total customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Candidates must have at least two years of experience as a BAS Service Technician and possess a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree in a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of network protocols, and a valid driver's license are required.
The BAS Service Technician will work within occupied buildings on behalf of our customers. The technician will be responsible for various BAS preventative maintenance tasks, programming & graphic changes, possible HVAC equipment startups, and commissioning and troubleshooting of DDC Systems with minimal supervision. This position requires flexibility to work overtime as the business needs (on call).
