The Maintenance Technician performs a variety of facility maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. They are also responsible for conducting equipment inspections, managing janitorial duties, and ensuring the facility grounds remain in good condition.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in building maintenance, mechanical engineering, or HVAC, along with a valid driver's license. A Universal HVAC License is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
A Maintenance Technician performs a variety of tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, test and inspections of physical plant equipment, preventive maintenance and various janitorial duties with minimal supervision. Also responsible for ensuring timely completion of work orders.
