The Hospital Service Technician manages the flow of medical equipment by delivering patient-ready devices to clinical areas and communicating functionality to staff. They are also responsible for picking up, cleaning, and processing equipment according to company and hospital protocols.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and required customer service experience, preferably in a hospital setting. Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and flexibility to work a 24/7 schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

The Hospital Service Technician is responsible for equipment management tasks within the hospital to keep equipment flowing efficiently throughout the hospital. The HST should be committed to continual improvement of the quality, reliability, and value of our products, as well as the efficiencies of our services. They will be expected to maintain a professional relationship with all hospital staff and other personnel and act as subject-matter experts of customer service.
