Support and improve existing medical device designs while managing engineering changes and production continuity. Lead root cause analyses for production issues and execute cost reduction initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing and design, preferably within the medical device industry. Proficiency in CAD tools like SolidWorks and knowledge of ISO regulatory standards are essential.
