Acts as the Chief of Staff and right hand to the CEO, coordinating the executive office and ensuring the implementation of strategic decisions. Responsibilities include managing executive routines, leading cross-organizational projects, and monitoring company KPIs.
Requires a bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in similar managerial roles with proven success in complex project management. Candidates must possess strong strategic thinking, high-level communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

ראש/ת המטה מהווה יד ימינו של המנכ"ל ואחראי/ת על ריכוז עבודת המטה של הנהלת החברה. התפקיד משלב חשיבה אסטרטגית עם הובלה ביצועית, במטרה להבטיח מיקוד ניהולי, סנכרון בין יחידות הארגון והוצאה לפועל של החלטות הנהלה ותוכניות עבודה.
וידאו שגרות ניהול שוטפות ובקרה על לו"ז לקיום פגישות לקידום תכניות עבודה ויעדים
הובלת שגרות הנהלה תקופתיות והכנת חומרים לישיבות הנהלה ולדיונים אסטרטגיים
הכנת המנכ"ל לפגישות שוטפות
כתיבת סיכומי ישיבות ומעקב אחר הוצאה לפועל / יישום החלטות
ריכוז וגיבוש תוכניות עבודה שנתיות ורב-שנתיות ומעקב אחר ביצועי החברה KPIs
הובלת פרויקטים אסטרטגיים ותהליכי שינוי חוצי ארגון
בניית דשבורדים ודוחות ניהול פרויקטים בחברה
סנכרון בין אגפים ויחידות עסקיות ופתרון חסמים ארגוניים
עבודה מול תקציבים ומול גורמים שונים
ייצוג המנכ"ל בפורומים שונים לפי צורך
