About the Role:
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within the manufacturing supply chain. Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift operator certification and demonstrated safe operation of material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and bar code scanning technology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing lists to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely to move goods within the warehouse and production areas.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and bar code scanning technology.
- Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to schedule shipments and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits to support inventory accuracy.
- Handle a wide range of hot and cold beverages as part of product handling when applicable.
