The Ticketing Coordinator manages box office advancement, processes internal and external ticket orders, and resolves customer service inquiries. They are also responsible for distributing ticket counts to various departments and assisting with the hiring and training of box office staff.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 2-4 years of related experience, preferably in live entertainment or ticketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Professional, along with the ability to work a flexible schedule, is required.

The Ticketing Coordinator will be responsible for the advancement of box office, assisting the Manager Ticketing and issuing daily ticket counts various departments, producers and department heads. This position will process internal orders, both comp and purchased and facilitate external comp ticket orders for artists, agents and record labels. The Ticketing Coordinator will also be responsible for screening, reviewing and resolving customer service inquiries in regards to credit card information, shipping processes, pricing and general festival information.
Pay Scale: $22.00 - $24.04/hr
Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
