The role involves early involvement in NPI product design to ensure manufacturability and quality standards are met. You will also lead process development, conduct root cause analysis, and standardize manufacturing systems across global sites.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing and design for manufacturability. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline is preferred, along with strong hands-on experience in SMT and wave soldering.

Key Responsibilities
Early involve (Shift left) in critical NPI product design and development
Provide technical support
DFM rules/guidelines (Quality Procedures-QP) development and update
Continuously involve and reflect improving process capability in QP
Align and standardize QP requirements
Manufacturing system standardization & improvement
