You will design, implement, and operate an AI-native software factory platform while establishing quality gates and engineering standards. Additionally, you will manage platform configuration, LLM access, and observability to ensure secure and cost-efficient AI-native development.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE, along with expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and container platforms like Kubernetes. As our AI Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping this platform from the ground up. You'll combine platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, and software delivery expertise to build, operate and continuously improve the internal platform that powers AI-native software delivery.
You will ensure that AI-native development remains secure, observable, cost-efficient, and governed by engineering best practices so that humans stay accountable and in control.
This is a hands-on role with broad ownership in a strategic initiative shaping internal engineering practices and future client offerings. You'll work closely with engineering teams, evaluate new AI capabilities, support internal adoption and help turn technical innovation into value for our customers.
