The role serves as the face of the Munich office, managing the reception of guests and ensuring a professional visitor experience. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, workshops, and internal events, as well as handling general office administration and supplies.
Candidates must be enrolled students with at least one year of study remaining and be available to work on-site in Munich. A hands-on mentality, high reliability, and a service-oriented approach to interacting with people are essential.
