Requires at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Must possess technical skills in electricity, plumbing, and carpentry, and hold a valid work permit for non-EU citizens.

Membre de la collection MGallery, notre établissement 4 étoiles propose 34 chambres, deux bars dont un Rooftop, un Spa, des espaces séminaires et un restaurant bistronomique raffiné avec une vue imprenable sur le port du Conquet.
Sous la supervision de la Direction, vous aurez pour mission d'assurer la maintenance et l'entretien des infrastructures de l'hôtel, du restaurant, du spa et des espaces dédiés aux collaborateurs.
Vos missions :
Maintenance & Entretien
. Assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des installations (plomberie, électricité, chauffage, menuiserie, peinture.).
. Diagnostiquer et intervenir rapidement sur les pannes et incidents techniques.
. Effectuer les réparations courantes dans les chambres et les espaces communs (robinetterie, luminaires, poignées, serrures.).
. Réaliser des travaux de manutention et d'aménagement intérieur/extérieur.
Sécurité & Conformité
. Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité et d'hygiène en vigueur dans l'établissement.
. Assurer la surveillance et l'entretien des installations électriques et techniques.
. Évaluer les risques et alerter en cas d'incident majeur ou mineur.
Collaboration & Organisation
. Assister les prestataires externes lors d'interventions spécifiques.
. Rendre compte quotidiennement des travaux effectués et proposer des améliorations techniques.
. Participer à l'entretien et aux rénovations des logements du personnel.
Profil recherché
. Expérience d'au moins un an sur un poste similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie.
. Compétences techniques en électricité (habilitation souhaitée), plomberie, peinture, menuiserie, serrurerie.
. Polyvalence, rigueur, sens du service, autonomie et esprit d'équipe.
