The night receptionist is responsible for managing guest arrivals, ensuring the security and tranquility of the establishment, and handling daily administrative tasks. Additionally, the role involves preparing the breakfast buffet and maintaining the cleanliness of the reception and common areas.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in the FOLS software or equivalent. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.

Réceptionniste (H/F/X)
Nous recherchons un(e) réceptionniste de nuit polyvalent(e) pour assurer l'accueil et le bon fonctionnement de notre établissement durant les horaires de nuit. Vous serez de la qualité de service offerte à nos clients et veillerez à leur confort et à leur sécurité.
Les missions consistent à assurer l'accueil physique et téléphonique des clients durant la nuit, effectuer les derniers check ins répondre aux demandes et besoins des clients avec professionnalisme, réaliser les encaissements et la clôture journalière, veiller à la sécurité et au calme de l'établissement , préparer et mettre en place le buffet pour le petit déjeuner, veiller à la propreté de la réception et des espaces communs, respecter les procédures d'hygiène , participer à des tâches administratives et de suivi quotidien
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
Qualité de service essentielle : une expérience similaire est un plus
Maîtrise du logiciel FOLS ou équivalent
Maîtrise de l'Anglais
la pratique d'autres langues est un plus.
