The receptionist serves as the primary point of contact, managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations while ensuring a high quality of customer service. They are also responsible for handling payments, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and providing local information about Dijon.
Candidates must be fluent in French and English and have proven experience in hospitality or customer service. Proficiency in hotel management systems and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Nous recherchons un·e réceptionniste d’hôtel pour rejoindre notre équipe à Dijon, en France. En tant que premier point de contact pour nos client·e·s, vous devrez offrir un service client exceptionnel tout en gérant les opérations de la réception avec professionnalisme et efficacité. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne aimable, organisée et désireuse de créer des expériences mémorables pour nos client·e·s dans un environnement hôtelier dynamique.
Salaire mensuel brut de 2300 € sur 12 mois.
Prime de complet versée mensuellement.
