Avec le directeur vous gérez l'établissement pour en assurer la rentabilité, le développement commercial et bien sûr la satisfaction de nos clients et de notre équipe
Vous êtes régulièrement sur le terrain.
Vous êtes amené à travailler régulièrement le week-end pour accompagner votre équipe.
Management et animation de l’équipe
Vous participez au recrutement, à l’intégration, à la formation et au développement de l'équipe. Vous prenez part aux entretiens annuels d’évaluation des collaborateurs et fixez leurs objectifs.
Vous les fédérez autour de la marque et de ses valeurs.

Relation et satisfaction Client
Vous supervisez l'accueil et le départ du client, avec prévenance et attention dans le respect des procédures internes.
Vous anticipez et gérez toute situation afin de garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients.
Vous mesurez la satisfaction de nos clients et établissez des plans d'actions
Gestion administrative et financière
Vous veillez à la bonne gestion des réservations individuelles, des dossiers groupe et vous vous assurez de la bonne tenue des standards de la réception.
Vous contrôlez quotidiennement les encours, vous suivez la bonne gestion et la facturation de l’arrivée au départ du client ainsi que la gestion et la clôture des comptes clients, et le suivi des Débiteurs
Résultats économiques et Développement Commercial
Vous prenez part aux actions commerciales mises en place visant à développer et fidéliser la clientèle
Vous êtes l'ambassadeur de notre marque auprès des clients et participez de façon proactive au développement de sa notoriété
Maitrise d'Opera Cloud imperative
Véritable leader et proche de votre équipe, vous avez le sens des responsabilités.
Vous avez déjà une expérience managériale et appréciez transmettre votre savoir.
