The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients and implementing customized plans of care to restore function and maximize performance. Duties include documenting treatments, supervising support staff, and developing professional relationships with referral sources.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and maintain current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist. Current CPR certification and proficiency in English are also required.

At Athletico, the Physical Therapist’s role is to evaluate, design and implement a patient’s plan of care. Each Plan of Care is created to increase, maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.

Salaried ranges listed are for full time (40 hour) employees. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
