The Behavioral Health Associate is responsible for ensuring patient safety, conducting regular supervision checks, and documenting clinical information in medical records. They also facilitate rehabilitative groups and assist patients with activities of daily living to support treatment goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to obtain CPR and de-escalation certifications. Six months of experience working with the specific patient population is preferred.
