The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified Class A Drivers to meet company goals. This includes processing applications, conducting background checks, and maintaining relationships with current drivers through retention calls.
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to state and federal regulations. Fluency in English is required, while bilingual skills in Spanish are considered a plus.
