La Oportunidad
Esta posición está ubicada en Querétaro en nuestro negocio de Electrofisiología (EP), en esta división estamos avanzando en el tratamiento de enfermedades cardíacas a través de tecnologías médicas innovadoras en la fibrilación auricular, lo que permite a las personas restaurar su salud y seguir adelante con sus vidas.
Objetivo del puesto
Ejecutar procedimientos y tareas requeridas para producir dispositivos médicos, incluidas áreas como recepción de materiales y preparación, procesos de fabricación, pruebas e inspección de productos, entre otros. Demostrar conocimiento y capacidad para cumplir con normativas de calidad aplicables, limpieza de línea entre otros. Apoyar al supervisor y/o líder en tareas laborales adicionales requeridas para satisfacer las necesidades de producción.
Responsabilidades
Cumplir con los requisitos de certificación y capacitación del área de producción asignada.
Cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad en las tareas que se ejecutan
Participar activamente en las actividades de implementación y mantenimiento del Sistema de Calidad ABBOTT, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos aplicables. Demostrar conocimiento y capacidad para cumplir con los mismos, limpieza de línea, entre otros.
Ejecución de las tareas de producción del área asignada, de acuerdo a los procedimientos de producción y cumpliendo con los requisitos de productividad definidos.
Cumplir con los requisitos de inspección, según corresponda, de acuerdo con los procedimientos en los que fue capacitado.
Reparar productos no conformes, de acuerdo con las especificaciones establecidas.
Ejecutar y reportar las actividades de su área, respondiendo por la calidad, tiempo, confiabilidad y desempeño de los servicios e información generada, satisfaciendo las necesidades de los clientes internos/externos.
Cumplir con los requisitos de documentación y trazabilidad de los procesos productivos asignados.
Apoyar y/o ejecutar procesos de capacitación y certificación del personal de acuerdo a los procedimientos establecidos para su área.
Capacidad para apoyar al supervisor y/o líder en tareas laborales adicionales requeridas para satisfacer las necesidades de producción.
Cualificaciones requeridas
Educación: Secundaria o Preparatoria terminada
Deseable 1 años de experiencia en empresas de manufactura (preferentemente procesos manuales en industria automotriz)
Capacidad para ejecutar los procesos para los que se le va a capacitar.
Comprensión de textos, buena ejecución y apego a normas y procedimientos con mínima supervisión.
