Esta posición está ubicada en Bogotá en la división de Productos Farmacéuticos Establecidos (EPD).

Que harás:
Lidera la gestión financiera integral de la división asignada, con responsabilidad total sobre el P&L, así como sobre los procesos de planeación, forecast y gestión del desempeño. Actúa como socio estratégico del negocio, impulsando el crecimiento rentable mediante el apalancamiento de ingresos, la optimización de márgenes y la maximización del retorno de la inversión en publicidad y promoción (A&P). Asimismo, es el principal referente y punto de enlace financiero para la división.
Cualificaciones requeridas
Profesional con énfasis en áreas Financiera
Experiencia Mínimo 4 años en Planificación y Análisis Financiero (FP&A) en empresas de consumo, farmacéuticas o similares.
Sólidos conocimientos en presupuestos, planificación, planificación de ingresos, gestión de pérdidas y ganancias (PNL), optimización de gastos operativos (Opex), presupuesto base cero y retorno de la inversión (ROI)
Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau).
Habilidades avanzadas en PowerPoint y presentaciones ejecutivas.
Capacidad para influir y trabajar en entornos matriciales y multiculturales.
Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
Cualificaciones preferidas
Conocimiento en análisis de Mercado Farmacéutico
Experiencia en compañías multinacionales / multilatinas.
