What You Will Do:
- Call and coordinate with staff to fill open shifts and maintain full coverage.
- Develop and manage resource schedules to meet operational demands and business needs.
- Monitor workloads and adjust assignments to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team leaders to forecast and plan workforce requirements.
- Identify gaps in resource availability and recommend solutions.
- Generate and share accurate reports, including Post-Time Service Reporting.
- Track and document hours covered for internal and client reporting.
- Evaluate current resource management processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Implement systems and tools to improve resource tracking and planning accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in resource planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource allocations, schedules, and availability.
- Other duties as required.
What You Bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in making phone calls and coordinating with staff.
- Experience in resource planning, workforce management, or a similar role.
- Experience in scheduling, forecasting, or project coordination is preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in resource planning software (Intime), Microsoft Excel, HRIS software (BambooHR) and data visualization tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive, reliable, and result driven.

Identify staffing gaps and act quickly to resolve them. Understand upcoming workforce needs and help prevent coverage issues before they happen. Use data to make better decisions. Build strong relationships.
