We need someone to help grow our business in Scandinavia from Colombo.

We're a 600-person product engineering company with over two decades of history, offices in Sri Lanka, Norway, Portugal, Brazil, and Malaysia, and more than 100 clients, many of them from Scandinavia. Norway and Sweden are our most important growth markets.

What your role looks like

You're based in Colombo. Your sales team is in Oslo. You'll manage the outbound engine, overseeing research, outreach, qualification, meeting bookings, and ensuring those meetings happen. You'll work closely with our marketing and engineering teams to determine what we say, who we say it to, and how we position ourselves. And when a deal gets close, you'll be part of it.

Who this role is for

You've spent 10+ years in B2B sales, most of it in IT services, technology, outsourcing, or professional services. You've run lead generation or appointment-setting campaigns into Europe, and you know what to do when a prospect goes quiet. If you've worked on the ground in Europe, even better.

HubSpot, outreach platforms, and campaign tools are second nature to you. Simply put, you're comfortable engaging with and managing people you can't just walk over to.
