We are seeking a revenue driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team in the digital industry. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of B2B sales representatives, supporting them in achieving targets, and ensuring excellent performance through coaching, motivation, and daily follow-up.

Requirements

-Fluency in English (B2+/C1 level)
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership or team supervision
-Flexibility with US working hours
