I co-founded Joblift (formerly Everyjob) with seasoned investors, acting as interim CEO/ MD for the best-in-class meta-search engine for jobs (a peer model to Indeed in Europe). I started Venture Building as a Global Venture Development Director with Rocket Internet SE in Berlin (direct report to the CEO), kickstarting early-stage ventures and then serving as interim CxO to help solve big problems fast. Before, I supported expatriates to settle in, working with InterNations (exit to XING, „German LinkedIn", ETR: O1BC) in Munich, the leading global community of ~4m members in 390 cities. As part of the board, I led BD, business model extension/innovation, solution sales, and primary market research. I started my career as a top management consultant for telco & digital consulting boutique Detecon Consulting in Germany & Detecon Inc. in San Francisco. I accomplished C-Level projects for clients in Europe, the USA, the Middle East & North Africa in the areas of innovation management, corporate restructuring, ICT strategy, sustainability, and integral & social business models. I hold a combined B.Sc and M.Sc in business information science & management from the #1 ranked German business school Mannheim University and spent an exchange year at the #1 ranked Korea University in Seoul on a full scholarship.
