Join SCAILE as a Founders Associate with a strong sales focus, working directly with CEO Simon Wilhelm across sales, operations, and company building as one of the first commercial hires. Total compensation of EUR 130k (including sales-related variable) plus 0.5-1% equity, based in Munich or Hamburg.
