Our goal: to deliver a thoughtful and compelling employee experience. Led the team which redesigned the new hire onboarding process (ramping up from 15 hires a month to over 50); introduced clearer channels for employees to contact us to resolve their 'HR' related issues; built out more automation to deal with high-volume repetitive tasks and partnered with experts on visas and relocation to ensure we can keep pace with the huge growth in hiring.
