Hiring with Muse
Muse is Meta's personal AI agent, and it's good at building things: sheets, trackers and repeatable skills. Hiring needs exactly that once you have more than one open role. Connect it to Clera and Muse can search 245,000+ vetted people who are open to new roles and turn what it finds into something your team can use. Here's how hiring with Muse works.
How can I hire through Muse?
Create a Clera company account and add your role. Then ask Muse to build a custom connector for Clera's MCP server using the message on this page, and sign in with your Clera account when it asks. From then on, describe the role in a chat and Muse searches Clera for you.
Can Meta Muse connect to Clera?
Yes. Muse builds custom connectors on request, so it can connect to Clera's MCP server and keep that connector for future chats. Some Muse accounts also have an Add custom connector option in settings where you can paste the server URL.
Can Muse build a hiring workflow for me?
That's where it shines. Ask for a weekly pipeline sheet, a scorecard for a role, or a saved skill that screens Clera's 245,000+ open candidates with your criteria. Muse builds it once and reruns it whenever you ask.
Will Muse contact candidates without asking?
No. Muse can request an intro only through Clera, and with the setup message on this page it waits for your yes first. Clera then asks the candidate whether they want to talk.
How much does it cost to hire with Muse and Clera?
Connecting Muse, searching and shortlisting are free on our side. You pay Clera only when you hire someone it introduced you to: 15% of that person's first-year base salary.
