Describe the role in plain words, Instinct shows you a ranked shortlist, and you tell it who to ask for an intro. Clera reaches out and only passes on the people who want to talk.

Can Instinct find candidates for me?

Yes, once it's connected to Clera. Instinct searches Clera's pool of 245,000+ candidates who've told us they're open to a move. Every result comes with a short reason it fits your role, so you're not reading 50 profiles to find 5.

Can I hire by text message with Instinct?

That's the point of it. You text Instinct the role, get the shortlist back in the same thread, and reply with who you want to meet. You never have to open a dashboard, though everything also shows up in your Clera account.

How fast can I get candidates through Instinct?
