Hiring with ChatGPT
ChatGPT is already open on most founders' laptops, and its projects make a natural home for each opening. Connect Clera and ChatGPT can search 245,000+ vetted people who are open to new roles, keep the shortlist for each role together, and request intros when you say so. Here's how hiring with ChatGPT works.
How can I hire through ChatGPT?
Create a Clera company account with your open role. In ChatGPT, turn on developer mode, add Clera as a plugin with our server URL, and sign in with your Clera account. Then start a project for the role and describe who you need. ChatGPT searches Clera and shows you who fits.
How do I connect Clera to ChatGPT?
Go to Settings, Plugins, Advanced settings and turn on developer mode. Use the plus button at the top of Plugins, paste https://mcp.getclera.com, and sign in with your Clera account.
Can ChatGPT find candidates for me?
With the Clera plugin, yes. It searches Clera's 245,000+ candidates who've said they're open to a move, and explains why each one fits your role.
Will ChatGPT message candidates for me?
No. ChatGPT can only request an intro through Clera, and the first message on this page tells it to wait for your yes. Clera then asks the candidate whether they want to talk.
How much does it cost to hire with ChatGPT and Clera?
Adding the plugin, searching and shortlisting are free on our side. You pay Clera only when you hire someone it introduced you to: 15% of that person's first-year base salary.
