How can I hire through Claude?

Create a Clera company account with your open role. In Claude, add Clera as a custom connector with the button on this page and sign in with your Clera account. Then turn on Clera in a chat and describe who you need. Claude searches, explains who fits, and requests intros when you say so.

How do I add Clera to Claude?

Open Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, and paste https://mcp.getclera.com. The Add to Claude button on this page fills that in for you. Sign in with your Clera account and approve the consent screen.

Can Claude find candidates for my startup?

With Clera connected, yes. Claude searches Clera's 245,000+ open candidates, not cold profiles scraped from the web, so everyone it finds has already said they'd consider a new role.

Will Claude contact candidates for me?

No. Claude can request an intro through Clera, and only after you approve it. Clera then asks the candidate whether they want to talk, and you hear back only from people who say yes.

How much does it cost to hire with Claude and Clera?

Adding the connector, searching and shortlisting are free on our side. You pay Clera only when you hire someone it introduced you to: 15% of that person's first-year base salary.
