Prepares and portions food items using standardized recipes and prep lists while maintaining strict sanitation standards. Ensures work areas and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and organized according to safety regulations.
Requires a valid Food Handler Certificate and basic math and communication skills. Preferred experience includes at least one year of food service or prep work.
The Food Prep Worker prepares, and portions food items and performs various duties in accordance with production requirements and Aramark sanitation standards. Uses daily worksheets and standardized recipes to cook meals.

A valid Food Handler Certificate is required. Candidates who do not currently hold these certifications must obtain them before their start date.
