Candidates must hold a valid State RN license and have at least one year of experience in in-home care. Strong communication skills and the ability to travel to multiple patient locations daily are required.

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, so time management skills and the ability to work independently are essential. However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs. If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients outside of a clinical setting, please submit your resume.
