The Electrical Field Engineer will manage electrical construction documentation, including RFIs and change orders, to ensure project continuity and design compliance. They will coordinate daily with superintendents, design teams, and subcontractors to verify that field installations align with approved drawings and specifications.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management and possess at least 3 years of relevant field experience. Proficiency in interpreting electrical specifications and managing construction project documentation is essential for this role.

As the Electrical Field Engineer, you will be the person who keeps electrical construction moving when the field runs into a question the drawings can't answer. You'll write and resolve RFIs, chasing down design intent, code requirements, and existing conditions so the field never sits idle waiting on an answer. You'll own change orders end-to-end — spotting scope changes before they become disputes, documenting them, pricing them out with the team, and running them through to resolution and approval. You'll work daily with the Electrical Superintendent, the design team, and subcontractors to make sure the paper trail matches what's actually getting built.
This is a site-based role. You'll be on-site full-time at an active Giga data center construction site, with the specific location depending on current project needs, with potential relocation or extended assignment to other active sites as the portfolio grows.
