The Life Enrichment Assistant plans and implements programming to optimize the physical, psychosocial, and cognitive well-being of residents with dementia. Key duties include leading social events, conducting exercise classes, and coordinating outings and family functions.
The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in a similar role. They must be compassionate and adaptable, with the ability to foster resident independence and socialize individuals effectively.
The Life Enrichment Assistant assists with planning, implementing, and evaluating the life enrichment programming which provides for the optimization of resident physical, psychosocial, spiritual and cognitive well-being. Life Enrichment Assistants help bring to life Ebenezer's cornerstones: Life Long Learning, Dimensions Program for Dementia Care, Crafted Culinary, Spiritual Care, Wellness and Intergenerational Programming.
