Provides professional nursing care and coordinates care planning within an outpatient neurology clinic. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, assisting providers with procedures, and managing patient medical records.
Requires a valid Tennessee RN license and a minimum of three years of professional nursing experience. Annual CPR and OSHA training are also mandatory.
