Responsible for the technical positioning of FMC products and increasing demand through field actions with farmers and agricultural clients. Key tasks include executing work plans for top clients, managing demonstration plots, and monitoring competitor activities.
Requires a degree in Agronomy or a related field with at least one year of field experience. Must have knowledge of the Cuauhtémoc region and phytosanitary management of crops such as corn, beans, and apples.

Posición de Especialista de Desarrollo de Mercado (EDM) Cuauhtémoc, Chihuahua reportando directamente al Líder de Desarrollo de Mercado.
Bajo esta posición serás responsable de garantizar el correcto posicionamiento técnico de los productos de FMC e incrementar la generación de la demanda de nuestros productos en campo a través acciones en el campo con los clientes finales (agricultores/agrícolas).
Entre las responsabilidades más importantes de esta posición están las siguientes:
Crear confianza y fidelidad a FMC, a través de servicio técnico, relacionamiento y cercanía con el productor.
Ejecutar el forecast de desplazamiento de su Zona a cargo para garantizar el cumplimiento de sus objetivos de POG & POS.
Elaborar y ejecutar el Plan de trabajo con el grupo TOP de agricultores/agrícolas de su zona para la introducción y desarrollo del portafolio e incrementar la demanda de nuestros productos.
Ejecución y desarrollo de las parcelas demostrativas y días de campo.
Prospección de nuevos clientes (agrícolas, invernaderos, agricultores y cuentas clave).
Entrenamientos técnicos y acompañamiento a agricultores, técnicos y fuerza de venta de nuestros distribuidores.
Elaborar el plan de desplazamiento mensual con el RTC, para los cultivos claves en zona.
Desarrollo, posicionamiento y generación de demanda en campo de los productos clave.
Monitoreo y reporte de las principales acciones de la competencia. - Precios- Promociones- Actividades y Lanzamientos.
Ingeniería en Agronomía o carrera afín.
1 o más años de experiencia en campo.
Conocimiento de la región y cultivos de la vacante.
Conocimiento del manejo fitosanitario de los principales cultivos de México (Maíz, Frijoles, Manzana).
Conocimiento general de las principales plagas, enfermedades y malezas.
Conocimiento general sobre manejo de resistencia de herbicidas, insecticidas y fungicidas.
