The Dietary Aide assists with daily dietary department functions, including food preparation, portioning, and meal delivery. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with regulatory standards.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with some dietary experience. Candidates should have an understanding of safe dietary procedures and the geriatric community.

The Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance with daily functions of the Dietary Department and to maintain a clean, safe work environment for all resident meals in accordance to the facility, OBRA, Federal State and other regulatory expectations.
