The role focuses on designing and coordinating faculty onboarding, assessment, and professional development programs across various teaching modalities. Key duties include providing one-on-one coaching, delivering pedagogical workshops, and maintaining resources in the Center for Teaching and Learning.
A Master's degree and at least one year of experience in faculty training, support, or instructional practice are required. Preference is given to candidates with a strong background in diverse teaching modalities and experience in faculty mentoring.

COMPENSATION is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000.
