Lead and manage intelligent driving vehicle test projects, including the formulation of test plans, strategies, and acceptance criteria. Execute real-vehicle testing for ADAS/AD functions and collaborate with R&D teams to resolve technical defects for mass production.
Requires a bachelor's degree in vehicle engineering or computer science with at least 5 years of experience in intelligent driving vehicle testing. Must have a valid driver's license and a proven track record of leading high-level ADAS mass production projects.

5.量产交付支持： 对量产项目的测试内容、性能释放标准和交付节点有独到见解，能确保测试工作严格符合量产要求，为项目成功量产保驾护航。
6.跨部门沟通协调： 作为测试环节的关键接口，与产品、研发、质量等多个部门进行高效沟通与协调，确保信息流畅，项目进度顺利推进。
1. 本科或以上学历，车辆工程或计算机类相关工作经验；
2. 具备智驾车辆测试经验5年或以上；
3. 有过主导或者管理车辆测试的项目经历，对于测试理论，测试方法和测试团队的管理有丰富的成功经验；
4. 主导过量中高阶产项目车辆测试，对于ADAS功能有深刻理解，量产测试内容和性能释放要求有自己独特见解和认知；
5. 具备较强的协调沟通和问题推进解决能力；
6. 拥有C照，具备熟练的车辆测试技能。
