Responsible for developing and maintaining after-sales technical documentation, including user manuals and spare parts catalogs for VinFast vehicles. This includes managing the Service Bill of Materials (S-BOM) and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and standardization.
Requires a university degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in technical writing or automotive after-sales. Proficiency in English and experience with technical authoring tools like Adobe FrameMaker or CATIA Composer is highly valued.

Phát triển tài liệu kỹ thuật Hậu mãi (AFS), hướng dẫn sử dụng xe, tài liệu catalog phụ tùng thay thế, ứng phó khẩn cấp... phục vụ sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng và hoạt động dịch vụ.
Đảm bảo tính áp dụng chung và tiêu chuẩn hóa tài liệu trên tất cả các mẫu xe và thị trường.
Xây dựng và duy trì Service Bill of Materials (S-BOM) cho các hệ thống và linh kiện liên quan.
Cập nhật, chỉnh sửa và ban hành tài liệu theo các thay đổi thiết kế hoặc thông số kỹ thuật từ bộ phận kỹ thuật.
Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên chức năng (Kỹ thuật, Chất lượng, Dịch vụ,...) để thu thập dữ liệu kỹ thuật chính xác và đảm bảo tính đồng bộ.
Hỗ trợ xuất bản tài liệu hướng dẫn sửa chữa, bảo dưỡng xe, tính toán giờ công thực hiện trên các nền tảng nội bộ và hệ thống dành cho đại lý.
Đảm bảo toàn bộ tài liệu tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, nhận diện thương hiệu và yêu cầu pháp lý của VinFast.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật Ô tô hoặc các lĩnh vực kỹ thuật liên quan.
Từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực biên soạn tài liệu kỹ thuật, kỹ thuật hậu mãi ô tô, xây dựng sổ tay dịch vụ hoặc kỹ thuật ô tô.
Hiểu biết vững về hệ thống xe, quy trình sửa chữa và hoạt động dịch vụ.
Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ biên soạn tài liệu kỹ thuật (ví dụ: Adobe FrameMaker, CATIA Composer hoặc công cụ tương đương) là một lợi thế.
Có khả năng đọc và hiểu bản vẽ kỹ thuật, thông số kỹ thuật và BOM.
Sử dụng tiếng Anh tốt phục vụ công việc (4 kỹ năng).
Cẩn thận, có tính tổ chức tốt và có khả năng quản lý đồng thời nhiều dự án tài liệu.
