We are looking for a Business Support Assistant, Global Operational Excellence who will be responsible for access management to be in accordance with company policies and SOPs. The prior verification until permitting accesses is essential for fulfilling the role in a compliante, accurente and secure manner in accordance with DSV standards.

Responsibilities:

• Review, process, and manage user access requests in accordance with company policies and SOPs.
• Verify that access requests meet all required criteria before approval or implementation.
• Ensure user permissions are accurate, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.
• Communicate professionally with employees, managers, and stakeholders to resolve access-related inquiries and issues.
• Provide guidance to users regarding access processes, requirements, and policies.
• Accomplishing goals according to expectations and monitoring if they are within targets.
• Reporting to their direct supervisor any incidents that may have impact on processes and promptly/proactively reporting eventual delays.
• Continuous learning and improving the knowledge about existing processes, learning new tasks.
• Training new employees in department and sharing process specific knowledge. 
• Following internal rules settled in the team in terms of tasks and purpose of the position.
• Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, law and management direction, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration and other internal regulations in the company, including company’s intellectual property protection.
• Exhibit and maintain behaviors and attitudes consistent with the values of the company.
• Contributes to efficiency improvement and automation within their team through the design, submitting, and implementation of innovation zone ideas in line with one’s annual targets.
• Ensures efficient and constructive communication with all stakeholders and team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
• Prepares & distributes necessary performance & activity reports depending on stakeholders` request and/or direct upper management.
• Complies with vacation planning arrangements as set up by their direct supervisor. 

Qualifications:

• University graduate (bachelor or master) or current attending student, preferably in transport and/or logistics, business or another relevant area. ·
• Ability to work effectively in a customer driven environment, both individually and as a team player.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work with large data sets.
• Good analytical reasoning and time management skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous, results oriented and attention to details.
• Customer service mindset with the ability to remain professional in challenging situations.
• Logical thinking and the ability to analyze information before making decisions.
• Ability to interpret and consistently apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Very good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.).
